Welcome To My Website
As I've grown older the more I've realized that I'm not much of an open book, as many people consider themselves to be. It wasn't out of shame or embarrassment of how I grew up, it was actually something I did subconsciously. To this day many people don’t know the struggles I've faced, I would rather keep it that way. Ever since June 5, 2006, when my nephew Vicente was born, my whole perception of life change, although I was only 10 years old, I was forced to grow up a little faster than the friends I had around me. I've had to take on responsibilities a kid usually wouldn’t have taken. My nephew is now 6 years old turning 7; he is one of the main reasons to why I want to get into a career field that has to do with helping children. I found myself leaning more towards nursing, and also social working. Growing up soccer has made a huge impact on my life. Although I don't play for a team no more, I have gained a lot from playing for 8 years. My freshman year my team that I played in, in North Park, we made it all the way to a tournament up in northern California. I would have to say that making it up to the top with girls that I've played with since I was 8 years old is one of my greatest achievements. Graduating early from high school also has to be a huge achievement to me and my family. I had many people have doubts about me early graduating and being on my own in college. But here I am.
